STOP DIETING AND START INTERMITTENT FASTING!
If you don't know I started Intermittent fasting on October 26, 2015 and to date I have lost over 100lbs. I have been able to do this by eating healthy foods AND foods that I love like cheese dip, pizza and margaritas!
How to start Intermittent Fasting and the 16 hour fast?
* Do not eat food or drinks with calories for 16 hours and then eat your food for the day in an 8 hour window.
*Wake up in the morning around 7 am and drink water, drink black coffee, drink tea or all of the above.
*Between 12-1pm eat lunch and eat less portions
*Drinking water and staying busy during the day keeps your mind off of eating!
*Between 5-8pm eat dinner and eat less portions
*Do not eat anything else until 12-1pm the next day
